This weekend was full of parties, lent fish fries, snacks and beer - it definitely kick started some bad cravings. Funny how that works. The best part of it all, I can see it, definitely feel it and know that I'm not a failure because of it. This week may not be a great weigh-in because of it, but that doesn't mean I shouldn't get right back on plan and get my booty moving!
I've felt so lethargic and tired that past couple of days and I truly believe it is because of the sugary processed foods I ate over the weekend. Wow. what an impact cleaner eating can make. Time to get these bloated sausage fingers back to normal and start chugging water and green smoothies!
