My Motivation for Today

I am heading into the home stretch for Passover. I feel almost ready. I have been making time for exercise, and am trying to get more sleep. I read an interesting study today about sleep deprivation and how if you get 5 hours of sleep, you burn more calories, but you eat more fats and carbs and actually eat more than people who sleep less.
So less sleep means heavier me. That is something I will need to really watch.
