    Absolutely be your own hero. I would augment your writing by including the aspiration instead of motivation. Motivation can come and go. When you aspire to be there absolutely no question of breaking down the doors and demanding what yours even from yourself.

    Be my own Hero.....Hmmm....Never really thought of it that way! You' re right, why should we emulate another instead of loving and respecting ourselves. A really good point! emoticon BTW...missing you, been a tad worried.

    Great to hear from you Tony and yes, you are right! We need to be tough with ourselves and ALSO we need to be gentle too...I call it the iron-fist-in-a-velvet-glove approach...we need to love ourselves and we need to give ourselves the proper kick in the behind to do what's gotta be done!
