90 days to a NEW ME!

challenging myself to make this change complete in the next 90 days.
New me, that LOVES salads and other healthy foods. New me that LOVES exercise...ok, honesty IS the best policy...a new me that DOES exercise and loves how i feel afterwards.
a new me getting healthy, feeling GOOD. less stress on my knees and feet, so i can walk without pain!
Better able to handle stress in my life, because I know how to make healthy choices!
tracking my food and exercise here on SP, making notes and inspiring quotations on which i can access from laptop and my tablet device! NO EXCUSES!

    emoticon healthy food and workout does make the difference. Lifetyle is the commitment and you can do it. I am on the same journey but had to eliminate junk food altogether. I stopped buying processed food, that means I cooked more and use the juicer frequently. I feel much better and energized. On your journey of 90 days can be done. After 90 days you may not want to stop. Take one day at a time. You can succeed! emoticon emoticon emoticon emoticon emoticon

    Well, certainly 90 days of faithful practicing -- even if you have a few slip-ups -- should get your body used to the new lifestyle.
