Conflicting Emotions...

Tuesday, March 19, 2013

Previously I mentioned living a life of passion. (in every thing I do)

I read an article that defined passion in many different ways...the one I related to the most was extremely strong emotions usually at the brink...everything it stated...I FELT!

Here's the catch 22...What if you have the same strength of conflicting emotions at the same time?

For me, to think positively, 1 emotion seems to be the ideal circumstance while the other is reality. I also read that emotions are fleeting & we shouldn't hold onto them. Just let them go...

So if you asked me how I feel right now...Honestly, I couldn't tell you.

Maybe you would conclude...Dazed & Confused...There I would agree but I've had only 4 hours sleep so this too shall pass.

I do know I worked consistently last week to return to my regular fitness routine. I followed through & my body responded.

My WI today was 128.2. (that's a 1.2 lb. drop) I also slept an average of 6 hours daily.

This week I am off to a rough start but looking at my WI history, I am heading in the right direction.

Thank you Indy girl for your blog encouraging us to focus on our health when the rest of our world seems to be spinning around us!

For my fellow sparkers heading south, enjoy that sunshine & send some back this way.

I need your sparkin heat,
Sandi emoticon

Sandi - great blog as always!

Maybe your 'conflict' stems from the fact that you had so much fun on your vacation that you wish you were still there, or even better - that the rest of us were there with you! emoticon emoticon

It sounds like you are having vacation withdrawals and reality is back. Try to make sleep your priority as we know it affects so many areas of our life. Congrats on getting back to a workout routine. emoticon
