MONDAY BLOG CHALLENGE........ what are the benefits of losing weight,,,,,,,,,, what will you gain by losing weight,,,,,,,,,, what are the consequences of losing weight,,,,, what will you lose by losing weight?
Oh I can make a LIST of the benefits that come with losing weight:
2. Not feeling winded
3.Fitting into FASHIONABLE clothing
4.Feeling confident and sexy again
5. Being strong
6. Gaining muscle
7. not being diabetic
8. lowering my bmi
10. lowering my stress
11. lowering anxiety levels.
I will gain:
Ultimately I will live longer, and I will be here for my family, my daughter. I want to be around for a very long time, and I would never want my daughter to worry about me.
I don't think there are consequences to loosing weight, unless you were underweight to begin with, which obviously im not, but loosing weight would not hurt me. I can only gain positives from loosing.
Over all, I want to be healthy. I want to be around for a long time. I want to FEEL good about what ive done , and that will give me the feeling of being PROUD. I want my daughter to see anything is possible, I want her to see me exercise and eat healthy, and id want nothing more then to her follow in my foot steps. I don't want her to be teased or judged like I was. It starts with me at home. Starts with the choices I make. If I make those choices she will follow suit. I know shes a kid and shes gonna want the goodies too, but I want her to learn that it needs to be moderation. I want to be able to be fit, so I can run and play with her. That's the most important thing to me. That's why health is the up most importance. Not just for me. But for her.
