Week Two-Insanity Workout!

Week two! We made it! The first week to do anything is always the hardest. Last night I could tell as I was working out I was able to do things a little harder (PUSH MYSELF), things were a little easier to handle. By no means does that mean that it’s getting easy! Holy moly, the insanity workout is completely exhausting!! My toe feels better a little more every day, which I am extremely thankful for! My diet lately has had more slips then I’d like to admit but I am taking notice and making better choices. I just want to be fit, this whole working out and eating right is to be healthy, and that means that if healthy doesn’t come in a two piece confidently, that’s okay too. I just want to show my kids what eating right and staying active looks like. My children at 3 and 11 months, granted their young and don’t notice these things yet, but they will and in hindsight I think they’ll thank us later for it.
