I'm smiling again, I'm getting things done, and I'm getting movement throughout the day. I'm still eating way too many calories right now, but that is already starting to shift as well. But the main thing is, I'm back to myself again, finally! I am really focusing on making sure that I am tracking, posting and following through with my goals right now, but I'm having fun as well!
