Not Burning Enough

Day 3 of working out was very successful, I even ran for a little bit! I was able to get a bit more sleep last night which is why I知 feeling pretty good this morning, but the next few days are going to be killer. I have my musical theatre class tonight which gets out at 11pm, and the next few days I値l be getting out at 10:30pm because of my play rehearsal. I値l be exhausted, but it値l be worth it.

In the time alotted, I知 not burning enough calories for Spark. I really have only 30 minutes to work out and because I知 not doing it at 4mph or higher (my highest is 3.7) I知 not burning enough. So frustrating! Instead of putting so much focus on how much I知 burning, I知 going to focus on the quality of my workout. As gross as it is, I知 going to do my best to get a REALLY good sweat going and go from there. I知 really proud of myself though and will do my absolute best to continue in my healthy habits. I致e been tempted to weigh in, but I won稚 until Friday. I'm still a little afraid of what I might see.

My eating was out of control yesterday, and although I was eating healthy foods it was still too much. Today is a new day.

I知 hoping for a better day today and look forward to my musical theatre class tonight.

    Don't underestimate the power of strength training. You may not be sweating as much, but you are still burning calories, and more importantly building muscle. There are a lot of ST exercises that I do throughout the day at work, because I don't get as sweaty, but it is still doing my body good.
