Finding reality

I never wanted to track my food. I just knew how much I was eating. Well yesterday showed me why I am not losing weight. I eat more than I think I do. So reality check, I need to chart my food to become more aware of calorie intake.

    Yep it's amazing when the light is turned on what we see. I had the same problem but my failure was I wasn't getting in enough calories. That matters too, especially when you workout a lot. Glad you've found what needs adjusting, wishing you well in journaling your intake.

    I was in the same boat. I did not track and I did not lose weight. If you track everything you put in your mouth it will make you think twice before taking a bite. I also always read the food labels and calories on everything. I think you will find that tracking your food will well be worth the effort.
