Day #268 - Love my Spark Buddies ya'll are the best

I know ya'll won't believe it but I didn't workout yesterday!!! I was SO GOSH DARN sleepy yesterday I didn't know how I was going to make it through the workday. I did it by the grace of God. I was on the train feeling like I was going to nod out and miss my stop. It was raining on top of that and with my allergies, eyes were itching, I was a mess. So I went home and ate my cooked at home dinner, did a little online searching and went to bed. Today it's still raining and so far only one eye is trying to get irritated.
I had a great day with my eating yesterday. I drank both of my smoothies for breakfast and lunch. I ate my fruit, salad and drank my water. As for my green smoothie recipe (protein powder, spinach, water, peanut butter, tad of unsweetened chocolate syrup (don't use if I have chocolate protein powder) and banana. Now most people say yuck when I share this with them but I, I, I, love it!!! I've even added coffee before. I got this idea smoothie bar smoothie I had once. I use 1% milk or almond milk if I have it to make it creamy. It keeps me full a long time. I'm really not hungry when my 11 a.m. snack time come but I eat something anyway. It was a good day overall.
As for a photo of my bathroom - well I didn't take one but my coworker asked me the same thing. Guess I got to take one and post it huh?!?!!!
Today I'm sure I'll get to the gym and do some of my other workout squats, lunges, jacks, planks. Got church tonight so got to cut back on the gym a bit. Well ladies and gents let me get to work and I hope you have a FAN-TAB-U-LOUS day/week. Blessings
