So my husband and I had decided we were going to start walking again in the evenings since the new time change we have an extra hour of day light left by the time my husband gets home around 7pm, so we were to start yesterday but it was pouring down rain...blah.
So I get out the Wii Fit game I barrowed from my aunt only to find out she didn't give me the balance board thingy I needed, so I have to drive 10 miles down the road to buy a used one for $30.00 because I am determined to find something I can use that doesn't cause me pain that I can burn some calories off.
So I get back home and it's after 8pm and I wanted to play it so bad, I should've been cooking dinner (my poor family was starving) so get it to working and I was having so much fun I played for 34 minutes without even noticing. That was awesome!! I only burned around 147 calories but it was fun. I liked the hula hoop and running games! I will be addicted to it now, ha-ha especially once I get it all figured out!
But anyways, one of the cool things I liked about the balance board thing I had to go buy, it works as a scale to, so I was able to see how much I REALLY weigh and it turns out my old weight watchers scale is 5 pounds off...so I'm not really 219 lbs I am really 224 lbs.AHHHHHHHHHHHHHHH! That's horrible!! So bye bye old cute weight watchers scale!
So I have adjusted my numbers here on Sparkpeople and it just gives me more of an incentive to use that game every evening while I wait for my husband to get home and then I can go walking with himíKthe more the better!!!
