Trying to Get Back On Track

I know I need to lose weight for my health. I know I will feel better, sleep better, look better, and have more confidence. I know this in my head and in my heart. So why is it so hard to get back on track? Fear of failure? I know I can do it... Stress? I don't feel that stressed... So what makes me sabotage myself? What makes me take the easy road instead of holding true to what I know I need? I guess Nike's slogan sums it all up: Just Do It. That mantra is what I will tell myself every time I start to waiver. I can do this!
