Well I am nowhere near where I thought I would be at this point. Here are my more specific goals for the next few months. I am currently 195. I want to lose 5 lbs by the time Zumba Down is over, which is in 4 weeks. Then I want to be 183 by the time school gets out, which is the first week of June. By my daughter's birthday, July 22nd, I plan on being 179 or less. I need to drink at least 10 cups of water a day. I need to add more strength training. Once it warms up I will be riding a bike that I will buy soon. And I need to regularly track my food, because estimating does NOT work. I need to stop making excuses.
