Morning workout

I started this morning off right doing the 11 minute seated cardio workout on the website. Since I am in pain a lot it's hard for me to do an intense workout and this was hard for me, but baby steps. It's all about trying...Then I had a breakfast of 2 slices of whole wheat toast with fat free creamcheese and 3 slices of precooked bacon and tomatoe. I am at work now and have been for an hour and am bursting with pride at my choices. I know it will be awhile before I see results and I'm not even 2 weeks in yet so I have a long road to go but if I can stay motivated and make the changes permenant I'll get there... emoticon emoticon
