Morning workout

I started this morning off right doing the 11 minute seated cardio workout on the website. Since I am in pain a lot it's hard for me to do an intense workout and this was hard for me, but baby steps. It's all about trying...Then I had a breakfast of 2 slices of whole wheat toast with fat free creamcheese and 3 slices of precooked bacon and tomatoe. I am at work now and have been for an hour and am bursting with pride at my choices. I know it will be awhile before I see results and I'm not even 2 weeks in yet so I have a long road to go but if I can stay motivated and make the changes permenant I'll get there... emoticon emoticon

    You are doing awesome. It is so hard to deal with pain and lose weight...it seems unfair that we can't eat what we want since we hurt. It is great that you are exercising. Keep up the good work. emoticon emoticon emoticon emoticon
