Feeling cruddy...

I skipped the gym last night because of a pounding (and unrelenting) headache. I went home and slept until 9 - which of course meant I was up until the wee hours - and now I'm exhausted.

I have been really good about going to the gym at least 5 days a week - and I'm afraid if I skip another day (in a row) I will fall off track - and that would just stink! At the same time, I know my body needs rest... we'll see what happens when 5pm rolls around - my headache is lingering, and if it gets the point it did last night - I just can't hit the gym like that.

I know this is a process - but I just feel like I am so close to the right place - it would be a shame to blow it now.

  Oh headaches are the worst! I am not a headache sufferer, but my son and one of my daughters are migraine prone. It usually takes them the entire next day to recover! Hope you are back at the gym soon!!
