I skipped the gym last night because of a pounding (and unrelenting) headache. I went home and slept until 9 - which of course meant I was up until the wee hours - and now I'm exhausted.
I have been really good about going to the gym at least 5 days a week - and I'm afraid if I skip another day (in a row) I will fall off track - and that would just stink! At the same time, I know my body needs rest... we'll see what happens when 5pm rolls around - my headache is lingering, and if it gets the point it did last night - I just can't hit the gym like that.
I know this is a process - but I just feel like I am so close to the right place - it would be a shame to blow it now.
