Off to a good start

So far, I LOVE spark People! I am amazed at all of the support and feedback I have already gotten. THANK YOU!!! emoticon
Yesterday was a good day. I exercised, I drank my water, I made healthy choices with food for me and the kids!
So today Ill keep at it. It is going to be a little harder, have library time with the kids and then a playdate in the afternoon, so no workout until late in the day. That is so hard, right? I don't like putting it off. When I exercise in the morning it gives me a burst of energy for the day. When I put it off I wind up with excuses about how I'm too tired or don't have time. So that is the big challenge today!
I'm also going to stick with the water challenge (I was happy when I realized my glass was two cups of water, not one, I thought I was going to turn into a fish for a while there!!) emoticon
I am also setting a goal for this week of joining a team. I know that the accountability will help me and give me that extra motivation to make healthy choices.

    What struck me about your blog was "That is so hard, right?" You are absolutely right! I don't think anything about this journey is easy, which is why we are all here for eachother. Even drinking 8 glasses of water a day is not easy. But we are tough, we are determined, we are dedicated, hopeful and motivated. Glad you had such a great first day ( also glad that you didn't turn into a fish). Stay strong and be sure to stay in touch!! emoticon
