When it warms up outside I am going to start walking at work. I have done it before and it works to re-energize me for the day. My goal will be to walk 30m at lunch 3 days a week. I will only walk outside if it nice out because I still plan to continue exercising at home 3-4 days/week.

Wed/Thurs- Jillian Michaels
Sat-Treadmill at in-laws.
I was able to go to the YMCA last night and I exercised for 50 minutes - elliptical and walking. Yea! I love to exercise. Trying to overcome the challenge of working full time with 2 young kids at home. I want to be the best mom to them and an example.
