    Check out smoothie recipes... they are almost always for one serving! Here's an awesome recipe for one serving of oatmeal with good stuff added.

    While sometimes freezing the "extras" doesn't work, you will not know until you try. While it is a pain and sometimes doesn't work, you could try halving all the ingredients. Sometimes I have found success with this.

    Easy solution for this! Make the entire recipe, and then refrigerate or freeze the remainder. I keep my granola in the freezer all the time. It's wonderful with warm milk and fresh fruit for breakfast!

    This looks delicious! I usually cut my recipes in half or give half to another friend who is trying to eat healthier. If it's a recipe for four, and freezable, I tend to freeze recipes to be eaten another time.

    I have made this one before! minus the coconut oil (allergry) and it was great. Stores very well in tupperware and then you have it for a snack or a breakfast for a while. So much better than store brought cereal.
