A new start today

Okay so enough of the pity party. I didn't get back on track yesterday and I ate way to much. Today will be different. It has already started differetnly. I exercised today. The pizza and donuts are gone even if the cake and ice cream are not. I will keep careful track of my food today and I will get back on track. Giving up is not the answer.

    It's all part of the process; I don't know how many times I've brushed myself off during these four years. Just keep on keeping on, especially in the tougher times.
