I've started writing out whatever is weighing on my mind every night. I'm hoping it will add to a stress free, healthy daily lifestyle. I'm happy that my husband is desiring to exercise regularly and is seemingly getting better...

    I am trying to write my thoughts as well. I have a journal to do it long-hand when I can't get to a computer. (also for writing things that don't necessarily need to be online.) I hope that it does help you sort things out and get a clear picture. I'm glad that your husband is interested as well. It helps so much to have the support of those we love. Keep going!!! emoticon
