Sunday night we ended up heading up north to see my father in law and mother in law. Remarkably he is looking and doing okay. Although he has such a large bruise on his legs due to the stents that we were worried and took him to the doctor yesterday morning, whom sent him to have it ultrasound or what not at the hospital that afternoon just to be sure it's just bruising typical of someone his age. Never hurts to make sure. So pretty much most of the day was shot from visiting into making sure he is alright. He is in good spirits and stubborn about the doctors orders but that's alright. Which is fine by me, but with kids already missing the day of school to be with grandpa, and we planned on heading back late last night, we ended up leaving there early because of the driving conditions ahead of us. Which is a bummer. We still didn't get officially home until about 10 last night after stopping for picking up some Easter outfits for the kids. Which I have found out, if you are looking for girls, watch out for the dresses, most of them aren't even past their butt on length or mid thigh if your lucky. Way to short for anyone under 18 years old. Told the girls they might have to wear last years, because I don't even know if I can find any the appropriate length for them this year. And the ones for toddlers, look like clown outfits. UGH! So I don't know what to do yet with that. I know our plan is to have a small egg hunt on Saturday with family and friends if they are able to come out.
Then I realized I never logged on yesterday so my sparkstreaks on here are starting all over, was on like 109 days or something like that logging in and everything. But we were wiped out last night. My eating wasn't all that great either, but I know I got the whole week to make that up and just pay attention. The most important thing was the family time we did manage to get in with them. I was just so happy to see them especially him, he reminds me so much of my dad and my grandpa. So anyways, back to square one on here, but I did manage to get some walking in at the hospital yesterday, we accidentally all parked on the total opposite end of a very large hospital lol we had quite the walk. So I got in probably about 2 miles worth of walking all said and done. Not a ton of exercise but at least it wasn't totally sedentary. So here's to restarting the spark streaks, and keeping my other streaks going strong.
Goals for Today:
Treadmill 5% incline 30-60 minutes
Play with my youngest daughter
Clean my house
Push ups, planks, sit ups, wall push ups, dumbbell exercises, etc (as many as I can)
Walking DVD 15-60 minutes
Kickbox Video 10-30 minutes
Time for Me minimum 15 minutes
Eat healthy and Be happy
