Day 3 of following Spark meal plan

Things are going well with my trial of the Spark meal plan. The nutrition tracker is flexible enough so that I can add my own foods if there is something I don't like. This morning I ran my nutrition report for Sunday and yesterday only to see that I'm right on track!! How simple is that!!!?? My husband doesn't even notice...he's eating what I'm eating and not complaining at all. This is what I needed to get re-energized! emoticon
