Moving on to Tuesday's pep talk

Monday went well. Stuck to the plan, observed a rest day, pacing on the phone in the evening as first my son, then one of my sisters called.
So, on to Tuesday, in a similar vein:
* Look for the silver linings (thanks to EBEAMS)
* Drink that water
* Eat what's in the bag, it's healthy.
* Take those break walks, even if they aren't at the normal time.
* Get on the treadmill to the beginning round of the big dance
LIFE is good, healthy life is BETTER, Sparking on all cylinders is the BEST!
