I have been in a non stop travel mode for months. Great for business. Lousy for my motivation to work out.
I find that even when I do a tiny bit of exercise--and I mean tiny-I feel better. This morning I did 100 squats, the other day I got in the gym and did 15 minutes on the bike.
Just need to get more. How the heck do I do that, be with clients for 9-10 hours a day, sleep, answer emails, and phone calls? I know it is about making me more of a priority but working IS making me a priority. It is my business and pays the bills.
The tiny bit of exercise is better than no exercise.
