It's ok to rest a day, I keep telling myself. Easier said than done, now. I'm in the zone...I can't skip a day now! But I must listen to my body and what it's telling me. I will compromise...Promise I will stop more frequently, take more breaks, limit my workout hours today. I will do my 5.000 steps, strength training, stationary bike, and finally whatever the boot camp video is for today. Then I will see what my body is telling me. I will not exercise pass noon so I can relax for the rest of the day. Thinking today might be a treat myself day. Maybe go see a play tonight to support the local high school just to get out of the house.
