Went ahead and weighed in today. 155. Better than I thought it would be. Still having problems with constipation. Mom says eat more fruit. I eat grapes, an Apple and a pear every day for lunch and have for weeks. Still nothing. My friend says to take fiber pills. I take two a day. Still nothing. Drink more fluids...4 bottles of water a day plus numerous other no calorie drinks per day and still nothing. Usually beer has a tendency to flush my system and that didn't even work this week. I realize I am eating a lot less on my plate each day but I should still be going more frequently than one time a week. Maybe I'll give Activia a try next. Surely this isn't right. I've never been one to go every day anyway but it is not normal for me to be backed up for a week at a time week in and week out. Any other suggestions from the gang out there?
