The Plan - Day 1

Have decided to blog about this to keep me accountable. Public shaming seems to work better than anything!
Day 1 - 1 lb down.
I made the 3 days' worth of recipes, so they're in the fridge and easy to take into work. I'm not an organised cook but can see that this is key - not being tempted to grab something easy.
Felt a bit hungry so had my evening meal - Spicy Coconut Veg - in the afternoon. Had salad and soup at night.
The flax granola is a bit tasteless but is good with the blueberries. Have added cranberries into the second batch for flavour.
Water was a lot for me to drink but managed it - peeing all day! --- too much information. Didn't drink after 7.30 and woke up quite thirsty.
Fingers crossed for the next two days!
