Week 4 at the gym has started well, although I have found it a bit more of a challenge because I have increased my times, intensity and effort too I guess. I have been every day the gym is open, so every day during the week and have the weekends off. I think I am in the routine and can't imagine not going every day. I know eventually I may have to miss a day here and there but I don't want to lose the momentum.
Eating is improving, certainly doing better during the week days.....struggled a bit over the weekend and was not happy about that. However, I have options, I have changed my breakfasts and most lunches so just need to work on the snacks and perhaps the size of dinners at night.
The big plus is that when I weighed myself this morning I had lost 2.2 kgs since starting at the gym. It is a start, a small but a good start and I am really pleased with that. Just need to keep the scale going down in the right direction
Am finding it less exhilarating this week, but I am struggling a bit emotionally the past few days so I guess it is not surprising. So................I'm letting my SP community know so I remain accountable and don' t throw in the towel!
