Treadmill frustration.

Tuesday, March 19, 2013

My treadmill is having problems, stopping, being jerky, etc. I am frustrated because I don't feel I have balance with it jerking. I have to hang onto the handles for security. I am not using it tonight. I have achieved great benefits in my fitness level using treadmill on a twice-daily basis. Maybe I will try some of the videos here.

The problem is I have limited space in my house.

I am frustrated and angry, and stressed about this. My treadmill has been a lifeline for me. I have trouble walking around my area because of weather and have relied on my treadmill.

I am sorry you are having issues with your treadmill. I hope you can find a way to get it fixed as soon as possible so you can continue to use it.

I understand your frustration but try not to be too angry. Life happens but it could just be a minor issue that can be fixed in no time. I bet another sparker will be along soon with suggestions of how can you stay healthy in the meantime.

Good luck with getting it fixed and have a wonderful day. :)

sorry to hear that--sounds like trouble with your motor, bet you could find someone on Craig's List to fix it fairly cheaply...
