to old habits
I was doing really well, drinking water, taking a walk at lunch time (actually that walk is saving me money!!) using the stairs, eating more veggies.
This last week or so things have slipped. I have been eating semi poorly and eating things I had stopped eating (icecream for example).
Sunday I went out for St Patricks day, we drank quite a few sticky drinks (with coke or lemonade) and had a buffet meal. I have a buffet meal next saturday and ate too much icecream last night.
I can feel the weight creeping back and I feel bloated.
on a plus note - I can also feel that I don't need to eat as much as I used to and I am adding more veggies to each meal. I am buying small quantities of meat from the supermarket and cooking in the evening.
I do nee to up my game a little bit and introduce more exercise but yesterday and today I have slept badly and for me exercise is a morning thing.
So in an effort to think positively...what do I want to accomplish today:
1. Actually have time for breakfast
2. Go for a walk at lunch time
3. Drink 2 litres of water
4. have fun and stop worrying!
