So I am back at the crossfit this week. Not my best day, again we had to do handstand push-ups. I lack the upper body strength to do them. Last time the instructor let me do incline push-ups. Today's instructor said the motion was not the same and insisted that I try a walk walk up, which I also failed at. Needless to say I felt inadequate. I know I will get strong in time, but this sucked.
Today's work out: 5 pull ups ( i did assisted) 35 double unders and 5 shoulder presses. repeat for a 10 min period.
