Today I practiced the skill of taking a break after eating to prevent my wanting leftovers.
I have been trying to eat my dinner earlier in the day and am practicing "hunger tolerance" which is a Beck Diet Solution skill.
I'm not feeling too great today. Sneezing constantly runny nose, sinus pressure AND I can't take any medicine because I have allergy tests on Friday (so no Antihistamines) i.e. SUFFERING!
I have had plenty of fluids today and I'm taking tomorrow off to feel better. For dinner I kept it light-ish and had 6 ritz crackers and tuna salad - small amount and cherry tomatoes!
After dinner I decided to wait 10 minutes before deciding if I wanted more... and guess what, 10 mins passed and I didn't!! ;-)
Ok, bedtime for me. I'm exhausted
