My biggest EXCUSES for not working out:
1) I don't feel like it (so, Buck up and do it anyway!) Don't listen to my inner brat, instead do what will make me feel better and give me a more positive outlook.
2) I want to be a morning workout person, but can't seem to shut off the alarm. Use my cell phone alarm clock to wake up 30 minutes early (start at 5:30 a.m.). Put it in my workout clothes drawer as another reminder;)
3) My job is a desk job. - When the weather starts to get nicer, go on daily walks (with or without a co-worker) either for lunch (Subway is a nice distance) or for a 15 min break. I DESERVE it!
