Normally today would have been workout Monday but with my schedule changing, I have to rearrange my workout schedule. So, my workout for today consisted of lifting boxes of bottles & walking around 3 miles while at work.
I am really beginning to like my new job, it's been the same owner for 15 years so most everyone knows her and most everyone is super friendly. It will be nice what I get to know some of the customers, as well as know all the products available.
I think it's time to start looking at my fitness & food goals and reevaluate. I feel a plateau coming and I want to cut it off before I get too discouraged. So a reevaluation is in order.
