While I created my account several years ago on SparkPeople; today marked six months of healthy living with the help of this site. I have tracked my food every day. I have cut back on fat and stayed within the recommended calorie range. I have switched from white bread to whole grain. I have switched to skim milk and healthy cereals. I now view treats as treats rather than a food group. I am drinking more water and eating more fruits and vegetables. I have tried new exercises and exercise equipment. I have conquered the hill trail near my house and learned to love walking. And that's just the first six months. I'm down 62 pounds and "Sparked" to see what happens in the next six.
