Sunday I went out of town to a baby shower for my niece. I just ate off the vegetable tray. For supper, we went to Subway before we headed home (which was a 1 1/2 hour trip).
Today, I received this encouraging email from my trainer:
"You’ve really done so great! I’m so impressed with the consistency and determination I’ve seen with you. You lost more fat than the scaled showed and gained some muscle too! Great job!"
Daily Goals: 3/17 & 3/18
1) Blog --
2) Exercise at least 50 minutes.
3) Eat at least 5 freggies a day
4) Instead of eating something unhealthy today, I will...
Sun...be gone all day
