Trainer's Email

Sunday I went out of town to a baby shower for my niece. I just ate off the vegetable tray. For supper, we went to Subway before we headed home (which was a 1 1/2 hour trip).

Today, I received this encouraging email from my trainer:
"Youíve really done so great! Iím so impressed with the consistency and determination Iíve seen with you. You lost more fat than the scaled showed and gained some muscle too! Great job!"



Daily Goals: 3/17 & 3/18
1) Blog -- emoticon , emoticon
2) Exercise at least 50 minutes. emoticon emoticon70/50 min
3) Eat at least 5 freggies a day emoticon emoticon 5 servings
4) Instead of eating something unhealthy today, I will...
Sun...be gone all day
