Thanks to inspiration from a fellow "Kick Butt" friend, Olivia, I am going to list my goals for the week.
1) keep my calories in check
2) cardio 6 of 7 days (2 down already)
3) at least 8 cups of water daily
my last goals are about getting my home in order
4) mop the kitchen floor
5) catch up on laundry from not being home last weekend
