Hello Sparkers

Its comin a storm round here. I heard this year's St Pat's in the SAV was the best ever. It figures I'd have to miss it.

Luckily my son is feeling better today. He had to get another anti-biotic shot at the doc's office. His temp has been better and he's been playful and eating a bit. My mom bought all this baby food for him and he hates it so he's officially off baby foods.

I hate that I've used him being sick as an excuse to not make better eating decisions. I know I have to go with what is convenient at times but not all convenience foods are unhealthy.

Weigh in is Wednesday on Day 10. I'll be sure to update on this.

Now that the days are longer, I can spend some time walking in the evenings.

    I have kind of lost my mojo regarding weightloss. Today I made an effort to get in my water and I had a big salad and turkey burger on whole wheat for supper. If you honestly want to get healthy and fit, you will find a way to get back in the saddle.

    Great that you are only weighing in every 10 days. I go in phases of weighing daily and then sometimes only weigh every 2-3 weeks. Both work for me, just depends on what my focus at any particular time is. Sounds like you are doing well.
