I've been sick, really really sick...

For those who hadn't heard, I came down with pneumonia about a week and a half ago. I got the diagnosis a week ago, and spent all week coughing. I am back to work 1/2 time for this week, and should be back to normal in a week or so. Still coughing, but not like before.

Coughing enough to tire my core muscles!

So I have been losing weight, and I can't exercise at all right now. I hope to be back to normal in another week or so. The main thing right now is to take it slowly, so I don't hamper my recovery.

  Glad you are getting better. I had the cough but not the pneumonia. I thought about writing a book about how to cough away your belly fat. I have definitely lost some weight while coughing so much. Here's to a healthy spring.

    Coughing is exercise! Who knew?
