feeling good

Had a good time at the gym today. I always feel better when I go, just not motivated most days. Feeling good about most things right now.

    Glad you are doing good. I know how you feel about going to the gym. That's why I exercise at home - not as big a deal for me to exercise that way!

    I felt the same way after my first day, it might help if you set a time to go, kinda think of it like your going to work and you have to be there at a certain time. Don't miss it and set a time when your going to leave. Most pro's say the best time to go workout is bright and early when your metabolism is at it's highest. HAHA yeah right, my metabolism is in my coffee pot brewing. I set my plan to be at the gym at noon and leave atleast till 2 or after. it's worked out great for me and by the time 11 hit's i'm already getting pumped up lol Good luck to you and i hope this kinda works for you emoticon
