I got up today and started my 'new' week of working out. Today was Bollywood. I had to get up really early since I had lots of running around to do.
I went to my son's house to pick him up so i could return the rental and found out his girlfriend fell down the basement steps last night. She has been lying on the couch all day. I did stop by and get her some warm patches to put on her back tonight...so hopefully she can get some sleep.
Anyways, I returned my rental and when they asked me how the customer service was, I told them I was not happy that they were only open a few hours on Saturday, as it made it impossible for me to return the car and it sat for 2 days in my drive waiting for them to open so I could bring it back. She actually refunded the 2 days. That was nice.
I ended up getting back home to late to do anything but go to work, so I get to wake up early tomorrow so I can finish my running around.
We had a busy day at work today and we have some visitors coming in tomorrow so I expect it to be busy tomorrow as well. We managed to get out close to our normal time. I did not go to the store as planned but instead go the patches for Nicole's back. I stopped in and chatted with them and then came home to finish the day with my hubby.
I stayed on track with my meals today and stayed away from the 'bad' walnuts. They are officially on my banned foods list since I cannot seem to stop myself from eating too many of them.
Let's hope I am curbing my bad habits early and getting my workout schedule to fit my life.
I did manage to lose one more pound this week and that puts me at one third of my weight loss goal accomplished!! Woo Hoo!! I am getting there!
