For some reason, I have had trouble going to sleep the last 2 Sundays ...last night I didn't fall asleep until after 2 am...and of course the alarm went off almost immediately...I think I will need to turn in an hour earlier than normal or something so that I can adequately rest...
No workout today...I want to get ready for work and then get in the bed...LOL...I am going to TRY and do a short workout in the morning before work and then another workout afterwards...we'll see...
