Setbacks versus Failures

This week is definitely going to be a challenge. My husband is out of town for two weeks, I work every day along with going to a conference at the end of the week, and along with that, my daughter has been sick all weekend-yikes!
I have been striving to make it to the gym four days a week. On average I've been making it 3 days a week. This week, I don't think I will be able to make it at all due to child care issues. I'm going to do my best to build work outs into my routine at home as much as I can--use the stairs more, park far away at work, stores, etc. and maybe some stretches while I watch t.v. after my daughter goes to bed. I have Zumba dvds that I used to do, but since my back surgery, I'm not comfortable doing that right now. I just need to remind myself that just because I have to stray from my normal exercise routine over the past few months, that doesn't mean the rest of my routine that I can control has to fall apart too.
With that said, the other thing that is going to be a challenge is keeping myself from eating late at night out of boredom and lonliness since my husband is out of town. I think I will be on Spark more than ever this week to keep me sane!
