Thanks - MISSUSRIVERRAT, TRANSFORMIN2012, AKATHLEEN54, MRSVK11, and KBEHNKE81 for the supportive comments. I guess I was just having a pity party for one! It's funny that TRANSFORMIN2012 mentioned trying another plan because I was thinking the same thing yesterday. I have ALLLLLL that Weight Watcher materials from past attempts. I'm working on TSD this week and will pray on changing plans to incorporate more "REAL" foods.
I was blessed with another (unexpected) snow day. I actually peeked out the window this morning and saw a dusting of snow on the ground. I worked out and got dressed. When I went to warm up the car, my neighbor told me that we were on a two hour delay. About 1/2 hour later she called to say we were closed. I changed out of my work clothes and into my bathing suit. Needless to say, the gym (and pool) was pretty empty. This afternoon I went back for water aerobics (and again pretty empty!) So I exercised 3X today. I think I deserve a break tomorrow morning but will try RIPPED tomorrow afternoon.

Snack: Zone Double Chocolate Protein Bar
Lunch: Salad, Ham & Cheese Lean Pocket
Dinner: Lean Cuisine Turkey, Green beans w/ potatoes, fruit cocktail
Snack: 2 Special K Protein Shakes
I'm really excited about finding a vegetable pizza from ALDI that fits into our plan - (280 calories/7g fat/10g protein). The package contains 2 french bread pizzas for #1.99
