Week 1, Day 1. "I don't need easy, I just need possible"

Hey guys, so as I promised here I am! :) Today I weighed in at 215 pounds. That is my starting weight. I am NEVER going to be this big again...

Meals:
Breakfast: 2 egg whites with diced up green peppers sprinkled with black pepper, greek yogurt (Water)
Lunch: grilled chicken with peppers and tomoatos, grapes, an orange and a few cucumber slices (skim milk)
Snack: 1 apple with a tbs of peanut butter and low fat string cheese (water)
Supper: 1 serving of beef stroganaff (Water)

The evenings are really hard...I get bored and I just want to EAT everything! So tonight I tried to go to the gym...I was dissapointed with how out of shape I am in! i was only able to run 15 minutes on the treadmil. Tomorrow my goal is 30...just little improvements, right?

Today my advice for you, is if you don't feel like going to the gym just GO. Just tell yourself you only have to do a few minutes...and you will SURPRISE yourself!

    How about 20 tomorrow? Don't cut yourself short by doing too much too soon. Baby steps lead to permanent change!

  15 minutes running on the treadmill is a great start.
