Got my major chores done for the day: groceries, tried a new recipe from the spark cookbook, and cleaning the kitchen including organizing the fridge. What a mess! I really need to reorganize my cupboards but that's a job for another day.

1hr 53min in fitbit's "fairly" and "very" active categories today (mostly from all the walking around wal-mart and Giant for groceries), and 13 flights climbed. The only "official" exercise I did was a 15-min upper-body workout with Wii Your Shape, but I am EXHAUSTED.

I'm over on my calories, but according to Fitbit I'm still okay because of all the movement. Got my water in. I need to not keep cookies in the house because I've been having a really hard time lately controlling impulse eating. I see it, I want it, I think about how I don't need it, and then I eat it anyways. Ugh.

Haven't had a chance to check in with others on here today, but I am so exhausted all I want to do is crash and watch some TV with Trevor. So that's where I'm headed!

    I LOVE IT. It was pretty eye-opening to look at the summary for last week and see that I had been 67% sedentary. And that's not including sleep. YIKES. I guess that's what happens when the husband is home on vacation .. I get LAZY!! Time to get this butt in gear! :)

    So are you loving the fitbit?! I find, whether or not it is accurate, it really gives me a good idea of when I'm being a lazy bum and when I'm not lol
