So in the haze of cold meds and what is possibly a form of the flu I accidentally deleted my previous blog about food tracking.
Update to that though...I took all of your advice into consideration, mixed with the fact that after only one day my calorie count was way off I'm back on the tracker wheel. I unfortunately have the problem of eating too little if I'm not keeping an eye on what I've put in so far. Still going to try to not focus so much on the actual number but more on the nutrients and the cal. deficit with exercise.
I've been sick since Friday so I haven't gotten much of a workout in, if any, which totally screws with week 1 of my Spring Challenge. :( good thing there's like 10 weeks in total.
