I know it is hard to come out and say this and I have said it many times. I get addicted to food. To the point where I can't even taste it anymore.
Keep on track working out and controling what I eat is my best combact for this.
I watched a film on netflix while I did my mile and a half today about the food industry making everything taste and look better for us to get addicted to it.
I've said this time and again about McDonalds.
We are a brainwashed nation and I fall into the traps as well.
Anyhow keep eating good friends keep up working out.
Encourage eachother and be there.
