Addicted To food

I know it is hard to come out and say this and I have said it many times. I get addicted to food. To the point where I can't even taste it anymore.
Keep on track working out and controling what I eat is my best combact for this.

I watched a film on netflix while I did my mile and a half today about the food industry making everything taste and look better for us to get addicted to it.
I've said this time and again about McDonalds.

We are a brainwashed nation and I fall into the traps as well.

Anyhow keep eating good friends keep up working out.
Encourage eachother and be there.

  Forks Over Knives? Vegucated? Hungry For Change? Food Matters? ALL of the above have been inspirational in turning me into a pescetarian-that is, vegetarian with fish a couple times a week. I get most of my protein from nuts, seeds, beans, and cheese. There are tons of veggies that have protein and good fats, too. Do some research! Pretty soon-you'll be addicted to fresh vegetables.
