So I got my free dvd's for pre-ordering the Spark Solution book a few days ago. And I was finally motivated enough to try it out today.
Now, you have to understand, I have been really struggling with finding motivation to work out lately. I don't know why I just can't seem to get up off my lazy butt to work out, but I just haven't been able to. Maybe it's because I've been feeling a little sick, or most likely, it's just because I'm lazy. But it's been a real struggle with me.
So I got my new dvd's, popped the Cardio Blast one in and decided to check it out. There are 6 different workouts on it, each are 10 minutes each. I thought I'd just start with the first one and see how that went. It was really easy, kinda got my heart rate up, but it felt more like just an extended warm up. So I tried the second one. The 80's Aerobics segment really worked me out. So after that one, I decided that was good enough for today. I got my heart rate up, was dripping sweat, and I felt worked out.
I really liked it. Hopefully this will help me get over my hump of not being motivated enough to work out. It wasn't that hard, but it got me going. And that's what counts, right? And who knows, maybe in a few days I'll be able to try the next workout without feeling like I'm dieing. Well, here's hoping!!
